The Plot

Ristiana is a hardworking mother whose life changes after her husband dies. She then discovers that he left behind a large debt. With little money and no partner, she must raise her three children, Tama, Dewi, and Tria, alone.

Ristiana faces financial pressure, family arguments, and daily exhaustion. Every choice she makes has one goal: giving her children a better future. Her sacrifices help them reach adulthood, but those difficult years also leave emotional wounds that the family never fully discusses.

Jangan Buang Ibu Movie

As time passes, the children build separate lives. Careers, marriages, responsibilities, and old feelings slowly create distance between them and their mother. Ristiana is now older and needs more care. She begins to feel that she no longer has a secure place in the family she spent her life protecting.

The conflict reaches a painful point when caring for Ristiana becomes a duty that none of her children can easily manage. She is taken to a nursing home, forcing the family to look back at the past. Each child must question whether love is enough when it is not supported by time, patience, and action.
